The story
I started doing SEO in 2004. In 2008 I opened my first agency, Impact Web Design, in Charlotte, North Carolina. It became Web Stormz LLC in 2011, then Effectus360, and in 2020 Mindflow Marketing: the same agency under new names.
Along the way I co-founded uServia, a marketplace app, and worked as a partner on iSolveIT. Companies and projects →
Today I'm the founder of Mindflow Marketing, an agency built for home-service companies and contractors. Clients deal with me directly between quarterly calls.
Search is changing again: AI answers now sit where ten blue links used to. The job hasn't changed: help a business be found, be trusted, and be the only choice. This site is where I write about that honestly.
